Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days once payment has cleared. Custom-built simulators or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page or confirmed after purchase.
We operate Monday–Friday and do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic U.S. orders. Transit times depend on your location and the product type:

Standard items: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Heavy or oversized items: 7–14 business days

Custom simulators: Timeframes vary depending on build complexity and scheduling
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Drop-Shipped Products
Some items—such as hardware from brands like Moza, Cube Controls, and Simucube—are shipped directly from our manufacturing or distribution partners.

These items may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Delivery times and packaging may vary by supplier.

Once tracking is provided, 411 Sim Werks cannot modify shipping speed or carrier.
If you order multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments and tracking numbers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. Oversized or freight shipments may require additional charges, which will be communicated prior to delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For customers outside the U.S., please contact us directly for potential distributor referrals.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact bryce@411simwerks.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will coordinate a replacement or claim with the carrier or supplier as appropriate.
Custom Builds
Custom simulators built under our Tailor-Made Simulators service are shipped via freight and fully insured. Delivery windows and logistics will be coordinated directly with you prior to dispatch.
