Review your proposal. We confirm availability, venue access, space and power requirements, staffing, and total pricing.
Confirm your booking. Review the written agreement and payment schedule. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

Indoor, accessible venues are the starting point. We review loading access, available floor space, electrical supply, and any venue requirements before confirming an event. Tell us about stairs, narrow access, or unusual setup conditions when you inquire.
