Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be confident in every purchase from 411 Sim Werks. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

  • Exclusions: Custom-built simulators, software, digital downloads, and special-order parts are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email bryce@411simwerks.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Custom Builds & Services

Because Tailor-Made Simulators and other custom builds are built to order, these projects are final sale once production begins. Any hardware warranty claims will be handled directly with the manufacturer (e.g., Moza Racing, Cube Controls, Simucube, etc.) according to their policies.

How to Start a Return

Email bryce@411simwerks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return authorization if eligible.
